Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and utilizing the services provided by NOETICA DIGITAL, including Cloud Architecture consulting, Agentic AI deployments, DevOps automation, and Noetica Academy training, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an enterprise, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.
2. Scope of Services & SLAs
NOETICA DIGITAL provides highly specialized IT engineering. Specific deliverables, timelines, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for enterprise deployments (e.g., Azure Landing Zones, AWS Control Tower setups) will be governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs). Standard Technical Support SLAs are defined in your specific support contract tier.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary methodologies, Terraform modules, customized AI algorithms, and training materials developed by NOETICA DIGITAL remain our exclusive intellectual property, unless explicitly transferred under a custom development SOW. Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize these assets solely for their internal enterprise operations.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we engineer systems for high availability and zero-downtime, NOETICA DIGITAL shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from cloud provider outages, zero-day security vulnerabilities, or client-initiated configuration errors outside of our managed services boundaries.
